Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free tier is completely free and requires no payment information. You can upgrade any time from your dashboard.
What counts as one 'model'?
Each successful create_part or modify_part call counts as one model. Viewing, exporting, or re-downloading files from your history does not count.
Which file formats do I get?
All paid plans include STEP, GLB, STL, DXF, and PDF (engineering drawing). The Free plan includes STEP and GLB.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing dashboard (powered by Lemon Squeezy). Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for 12 months upfront at a 20% discount. Cancellation refunds the unused months on a pro-rata basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy automatically generates a PDF invoice for every charge, available in your billing dashboard and by email.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
